Technical Marketing Manager

Working with a high-performance EVM L1 blockchain who are looking for a Technical Marketer to join and lead marketing strategy working alongside the researchers, engineers and founders.

Looking for a  Technical Marketing Manager to lead strategic technical marketing efforts and share the ways our blockchain technology is redefining performance across the EVM ecosystem. This role is designed for someone passionate about developer communication, blockchain scalability, and ecosystem growth. You’ll help position our platform as a leader in blockchain innovation, directly engaging with technical audiences across the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute compelling technical narratives showcasing the platform’s capabilities and performance.
• Create and distribute technical content such as blog posts, whitepapers, developer guides, case studies, and research articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Research teams to ensure technical accuracy and insight in all communications.
• Represent the organization in speaking engagements, conferences, and through partnerships with major ecosystem stakeholders.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for product releases, ensuring messaging resonates with developers, researchers, and technical users.
• Work with infrastructure and ecosystem partners (e.g., RPC providers, wallets, SDK teams) to co-develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Design and execute webinars, demos, and workshops to drive developer education and engagement.
• Manage social media strategy tailored to technical audiences, including platforms such as X (Twitter), Farcaster, and Discord.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and community sentiment to continuously refine marketing initiatives.

Who You Are:

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical role within a Layer-1/Layer-2 protocol or a highly technical DeFi project.
• 4+ years of experience in technical marketing, developer relations, product marketing, or a similar function in the blockchain/Web3 space.
• Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, rollups, and scalability solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
• Demonstrated experience producing technical content for a developer or research-oriented audience.
• Proven success in executing product marketing or go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with Web3 development environments, languages, and infrastructure.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to interpret analytics and inform strategy.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
