We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to join a growing team. This role is critical in defining and executing HR strategies that support our organizational growth and culture. You will be instrumental in building a high-performance, inclusive environment through effective people management, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and lead HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, promoting a positive culture and effective talent management.
- Team Management & Development: Mentor and manage the HR team, fostering continuous improvement and high standards in HR service delivery.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, mediate issues, and lead initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance Management: Design and enforce HR policies in accordance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that align with industry benchmarks and support employee well-being.
- Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and lead the creation of learning and development programs tailored to career growth and team performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and track trends in engagement, turnover, and performance.
- Change Management: Support internal change initiatives through proactive communication and effective people strategies.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven success in core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
- Agility in navigating a fast-paced, evolving work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with payroll and benefits systems is advantageous.
- Experience working in Web3, blockchain, or technology-focused organizations is highly desirable.
