We’re seeking a proactive and strategically minded Business Development Representative to help grow and support a rapidly evolving L1 blockchain ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help establish key partnerships, drive community and developer engagement, and assist decentralized applications integrating into the network. A strong grasp of blockchain technology, especially related to data and decentralized infrastructure, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Growth & Project Support

  • Assist in executing strategies to expand ecosystem activity and integrate high-value projects.
  • Scout and develop relationships with promising applications, infrastructure providers, and protocol builders.
  • Work alongside technical teams to support successful onboarding and deployment of decentralized applications.
  • Help manage and scale the grants program by identifying and evaluating innovative projects that align with long-term ecosystem goals.

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key infrastructure partners including RPC services, oracle providers, wallets, exchanges, and core DeFi tools.
  • Recruit and oversee a network of community ambassadors to advocate for the protocol’s technology and values.
  • Stay closely attuned to new trends in crypto and blockchain to discover opportunities for the ecosystem to lead or innovate.
  • Represent the project at industry events such as conferences, developer hackathons, and community meetups.

Internal Collaboration & Strategy Alignment

  • Coordinate with marketing to deliver targeted educational and outreach campaigns that showcase the platform’s capabilities.
  • Align ecosystem expansion efforts with product and engineering roadmaps to ensure consistent progress and technical readiness.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to interpret on-chain data and analytics to inform strategy and partner outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping partners and developers succeed.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of blockchain architecture, DeFi systems, and Web3 analytics tools.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to attend international events or meetings.
  • A fast learner with a curious and adaptive mindset, especially around emerging blockchain use cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technologies.
  • Constantly aware of industry trends, protocol developments, and rising applications across L1s and L2s.
  • Experience understanding or designing ecosystem flywheels, protocol incentive models, and developer activation strategies.
